I'M MAX POWERS.

I love to empower people through health and movement. Not only am I a personal trainer and fitness instructor, but I'm also a martial arts coach and certified massage therapist. I am a black belt in Brazilian Jiu jitsu and recently immersed myself in the study of Qigong, Taichi and the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Over my 12 years + career in health and fitness, I have developed a Wellness System based on 5 elements: Mindset (MIND power), Nutrition (FUEL power), Recovery (HEALING power), Movement (MOTION power) and Community (CONNECTION power). I now believe that to achieve optimal wellness, one must balance each of the 5 elements to not only reach wellness, but sustain it over one's lifetime.
